Hello! Thank you for visiting my website! If you do not know me, I would like to introduce myself. I am Mariah Koch (pronounced cook). I was born and raised in the small(ish) town Gillette, Wyoming! After graduating high school, I earned my associates degree at Gillette Community College then transferred to Black Hills State to complete my double bachelors degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. Following graduation, I returned home! *sigh of relief* I loved the time I was able to spend in the Black Hills but Gillette is my home.

Upon moving home, I met my husband, James! He's the best.. but I don't mean to brag. We were fortunate enough to purchase our home out of town on 6 acres. In 2022 we got married, took our honeymoon in Key West Florida, and I got my first bull elk!

Currently, our lives consist of working full time and all sorts of homeowners projects. We have 10 chickens that started laying their first eggs in the end of August, YAY, and I was able to have my first large garden this year!

Currently, I am a full time special education teacher! In 2018, I found a hobby in creating jewelry... especially earrings! This year, I purchased an LLC on Selective Earring to expand jewelry to clothing and accessories.
